RecommendedI just removed a post I had previously done regarding a negative experience, my first ever about one month ago. After speaking with Josh I agreed to give Mama Romano’s another try, and I’m glad I did. The pizza was back to its usually fantastic way. Josh and Paul were very professional and fast acting in correcting in correcting our previous issue and have definitely kept my family as customers. I have been ordering, and recommending, Mama Romano’s for quite sometime, and will continue to do so.
Overall horrible experience. It all started with our server not being familiar with the menu. From there the server did not take the time to write our order down. After a 45 minute wait, surprise surprise, our order was wrong. Horrible service, horrible food. I won’t be coming back.
***update*** I returned the desserts and while there spoke with the owner’s son, Josh. He was very polite and explained the issue with the cheese was due to a shortage caused by COVID. We were refunded for the desserts, and have agreed to give them another chance. I’ve ordered Mama Romano’s many times and have never been disappointed, until now. Hello Sierra. This is Paul the owner and I’m very sorry for any inconvenience we have caused you and your family. I will not make any excuses for the frozen cake and undercooked pizza. If you will please allow us to correct the problem I would truly appreciate it. I know it doesn’t make up for the issue right now but I want to make it right. If you would be so kind and leave me your number I will call you tomorrow and do the right thing.
I just spent $49 on pizza and mostly wings, but they refused to give me blue cheese unless I paid for it? Never purchasing from them again!! Customer Service was horrible when I questioned it?! According to them nothing is free, however, we just purchased 25 wings!!
Best vegetable lasagna ever! Just ordered online and had a fantastic meal delivered in! Hubby and I are both sick, I wasn’t up to cooking but just had an excellent meal delivered. They even came back with forgotten garlic rolls! So impressed with the entire experience! Will order beyond pizza again!!! Thanks so much!!!
How is it possible that I’m buying a drink, but I am not allowed to share it with whomever I want? It’s ridiculous ! It’s NOT free. I am paying for it. The nice waitress advised me that I was not allowed because it was the owners policy . WHAT!???
