Wish I had read these before I went there. Actually was recommended by someone who got French braids however I went for pencil braids. Worst experience ever! I was overcharged for my braids and the braids were big as box braids! Only good thing is that I went back and they redid my braids but I will not go there again!

I called them at 930 in the morning asking how much for French braids in a 10 year old girl they said 40 bucks I get there and when she gets done with her hair she tells me $65 how the hell did the price go up after she got done will never get my hair done or anybody in my family there again

Don't go to this shop!! When I got there the original lady who I had been talking to about braiding my end up not braiding my hair. Then she had already quoted me one price but, when I got there they tried to charge me more money but I wasn't paying a dime more then what I was already told to pay! So they had another lady braid my hair. I got home examined my hair & most of my braids are bigger & smaller then each other on top of that I haven't had my braids a week & my front basis are all coming down. I Went There To Get Some MICROS ONCE BEFORE I WONT Lieee I Was Kinda angry At First Because She Didnt Start Doing My Hair On Time & She Kept Pausing & Taking BREAKS BUT THE TALK didnt bother me because any salon you go to the beauticians talk & Eat. But she did a REALLY GOOD JOB ON MY HAIR SO THATS ALL THAT REALLY MATTER TO ME

My experience at this shop has been awesome and my hair results, let me just say they did that Okaaaay... I luv the fact that they use team work too get the job done and yes they do talk in their language but so what only someone with low self esteem would make that see that as being a issue... Thanx ladies I'll be seeing you guys soon!

Ill never go back to this shop again!...the service, punctuality, mannerisms cleanliness and organization of the shop and the ladies that work in it are horrendous... they bring their kids to work, take so many breaks its ridiculous, and long breaks at that, this mama keita tells you price then swear to whoeva it is she swears to that she told you somethin else... its not worth everything you have to sit through ..I had to put my anger management to the test in there!! DO NOT GO HERE TO GET ANYTHING DONE BY THESES LADIES. THEY TELL YOU ONE PRICE OVER THE PHONE, ONCE YOU ARE IN THE SHOP AND YOU CONFIRM THE PRICE ITS SOMEHTING DIFFERENT. I WENT THERE TO GET MIRCO'S IN THE FRONT AND SEW IN, IN THE MIDDLE AND THE LADY MADE MY HEAD BLEED KEPT POLKING MY SCALP WITH THE NEEDLE. IN ADDITION THEY DON'T USE CLEAN COMBS AND WHEN YOU BRING YOUR OWN SUPPLIES THEY TAKE IT PERSONAL. AND IF THEY MESS UP YOUR HAIR THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL PRICING. PLEAZ DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

THIS Shop Is Very NASTY . . The People Are Rude And They RUN In & Out To Get Food & They Eat It Over Your Head! They Are VERY Un-Organized I Came In At 3:00pm And They Started On My Head At 5:00pm & Got Done At 1:30am They Are Very Slow I Was So Mad I Was Half Way Sleep . .
