Noodles were no completely cooked. There was no service and the sauces less thab appealing. My daughter and i got plenty of alone time together because no one checked on us and our food took

Awesomeness what I saw considering that they get swamped... This place deserves more kudos then complaints about services - look at the masses that are being feed! I commend yall guys at how hard and excellent you try at your best to satisfy these spoiled guest. :)

I've given this place so many chances, it's quite frankly ridiculous. The staff here is HORRENDOUS. Every single time we've been in or ordered to go, there has been something screwed up. Last time they messed up our to go order, the manager claimed to have put a free entree on our phone number so that the next time we called it would show up. First time I ate there. Service was excessively slow while the dining room was virtually empty. 35 minute ticket time on 2/3 entrees. Finally had to take the order to go. Food was excessively bland. I couldn't finish it. Really bunmed, I wanted to like this place. I won't be back. This restaurant has some serious kinks to work out.

Every time I order delivery at the Georgetown location it’s always wrong. I don’t even know why I order here when I know I am just going to have to get right in the car and come to the restaurant. The call center is a bunch of dumbasses, and they are all rude as hell. I will ask nicely for them to transfer me to the store because they always get my order wrong, and they will never just transfer me and they just hang up every time. By far the worse company.

Shocked !!! We were so disappointed with the quality of the food . I had Shrimp fried rice , was cold and the shrimp tasted old with a very rubber like texture . My husband had Mongolian beef and the beef had heavy breading on it and the flavor was off . Also our tea tasted old . This restaurant in the past was a favorite of ours because of the freshness and flavor was always delicious, quality is no longer there though.

This place was filthy. The person who took our order was rude. She made us wait while we watched her finish a personal text. The one who brought us our food had her hair hanging down over our food and a baseball cap on backwards. We had to wipe down a table ourselves to sit at. My husband got sick from the food. Absolutely the worst dining experience we have had in years. I’m calling the main office.
