I went to Kollo's on Feb 3, 2015 to get some rope twist. But they said Havana twist and I said no rope twist but she said that it is the same thing. So when she started I got Havana twist in the front and plaits in the back. So I call Kollo's and sent her picture of my hair and she told me to come back. So I drove the three hour drive and when I got there it was another story she told me that the girl that did the back of my hair did not know how to twist.
