This shop's braiders are dishonest, braided my daughter hair. The front was neat but too tight. The back was messy and unraveled in less than week. I called Kollo and asked for a redo of the back braids. The braider was very rude and irate about having to fix my daughter's braids. She said she didn't know who braided the hair, turns out she did. The only thing I can say that they are con artist I had paid 190 plus left a $10 tip for micros those bitchs did my hair so big in the middle I hate them I took them out I called n asked for my money back they told me to come back I said no I sent her photos she stopped answering you can look at the photos below and that no African braids to me looks like a10 year old did my shit
