I agree with the other reviews. This is a "0" star business. 2-3 weeks ago I completed the status change on my subscription to Cancel and received an email on 10/21/19 acknowledging this cancellation. On 11/9/19 I received an email from Malwarebytes with a reference thanking me for my order which I'd cancelled and charging me $43 for the same. I contacted Citibank and they are disputing the charge. Their advice is that probably Malwarebytes will do it again next year and I should get a new card! Anybody dealing with this com... read more

Wow they are NOT what they used to be. Lies and deception. Don't even bother contacting their brainless support. Their software can't even stop the microsoft fake virus page. Gave them all purchased information and they cant find my email..... yet it is how I contacted them through their useless "Support Ticket System". Look man it's bad enough I am strong armed into purchasing your incomplete "NORTONISH" software, but I don't want your spamming me everyday! In early 2014 we no longer sold lifetime subscriptions, being this purchase was made in January 2019 we would recommend that you contact the seller to obtain a refund. One Star is TOO MANY for this company. I was double-charged by this company on July 20, 2018. I tried contacting them at two different email accounts and received no response. I then filed a Dispute through PayPal requesting a refund on the double-charge. I only heard from Malwarebytes 48 hours after I filed a dispute through PayPal. On July 24, 2018 I was advised by their agent "********." that Malwarebytes had a 60-day money-back guarantee. Noticed what appear to be two fraudulent April 2018 charges. I did not purchase their product. Contacting credit card company to dispute the charges and will contact the CA attorney general.

These people are crooks. Do not do business with them. The product is slow and DOES NOT remove MALWARE or ransome-ware. No telephone for tech support or billing.

Don't buy any products from this company!! If you run into any problesm like I did trying to download their Malwarebytes Premium addition, you have NO 800 number to call for help. The only way to contact them is thru e-mail I submitted 3 requests for help via e-mail, and after 3 days I still had never heard back from them. I finally was able to go thru Cleverbridge, and have them refund my total cost of buying the Premium update.

A recent update for my premium subscription caused 2 computers to become unstable until malware bytes was uninstalled. Asked company by email for support also cancelling auto update set in 30 days unless issue resolved. Response was to cancel both current subscription and auto renewal. Request for support on the issue was again ignored. The company owner may have good intentions but is unable to perform to support its programs. Support after public complaint isn't reasonable support.
