Willow Grove is amazing ....the new facility is horrible..they won't give me my belongings back the director on Wednesday of last week told me I wasnt a priority....after I waited for over an hour. Now we are here again lets see what happens on them.

Absolutely horrible experience. They just moved to another facility off City Line avenue from the South Philly building. Complete chaos at this location , entirely understaffed , no communication between the workers. Weekend staff had different rules compared to weekday staff. No groups were designed toward drug & alcohol addiction it was toward mental illness. 90 % of patients had mental illness so it made for a chaotic atmosphere. Fights all the time and arguments.
