Absolutely horrible experience. They just moved to another facility off City Line avenue from the South Philly building. Complete chaos at this location , entirely understaffed , no communication between the workers. Weekend staff had different rules compared to weekday staff. No groups were designed toward drug & alcohol addiction it was toward mental illness. 90 % of patients had mental illness so it made for a chaotic atmosphere. Fights all the time and arguments.
