I started going to this clinic at the beginning of the year and at first I really enjoyed going. Seemed organized the nurses were friendly and things were explained to me. Then one day I show up for an appointment and there had been a mass existing of the staff. I had to cancel my appointment last minute because my daughter got sick. If I could leave a zero i would i was a patient of her nurse practitioners Jessica and Ed they where extremely great and had amazing bed side manners once they left and seen the staff flip multiple times like a revolving door I got Stacy and after 7+ years of going there she kicks me out bc I had an infection in my leg that I was seen by her with the day before then it busts and I cal and they couldn't get me in till Monday this being on a Thursday so I told them I had to go to the er or walk in bc it was leaking and looked ... read more
Jessica was amazing! She actually listened to me and heard what I was saying. This is the first place I have felt like I’m actually going to get the medical treatment I need since moving to Tennessee. I would recommend Jessica to anybody! Update as of August 2026: unfortunately, Jessica has left the practice so I have been seeing the owner of the practice. If there was a zero star that what I should have given them. I went to this dr office Maltman Medical Center here in Knoxville and have been my pcp for the past 3 years, I had physical appointments which was at 1pm but I got there 10 minutes early, had done my online checked paperwork earlier that week so I only had to sign just one paper, after kinda 10 min they called me for vital signs and then took me to the room where I waited for more than hour without getting any updates so I went to ask if the dr was still seeing me ... read more
