I wish i could give them ZERO STARS. This is one of the worst doctors offices I have ever been to, and the fact I only went once should tell you a lot. Where do I begin. First the office is filthy. The chairs in the lobby are so gross and stained I didnt even want to sit down. Once I went back, I was asked to do a urine sample. When I went into the bathroom, there was urine all over the toilet and Im not talking about just on the seat, it was on the back and everywhere. Stacy Maltman, Charlie Maltman & the staff came through for me today when I needed urgent refills of my blood pressure meds after leaving them in Texas on vacation. I’ve been seeing Maltman the last 5 years as my primary care and they’ve always been patient and understanding when it comes to meeting my needs. I struggled with keeping appointments for a while and almost got discharged, but thankfully they were kind enough to keep me as a patient. I started going to this clinic at the beginning of the year and at first I really enjoyed going. Seemed organized the nurses were friendly and things were explained to me. Then one day I show up for an appointment and there had been a mass existing of the staff. I had to cancel my appointment last minute because my daughter got sick. I have to pick her up from school and take her to the doctor and I wouldn’t be able to make my appointment. Now this is the second time I’ve had to cancel my appointment this month.
