I have been going to Maloof since the 60's when they were on Mack & Chalmers. I still have jewelry my mom bought me back then. We would get all our small electrics there too. Fred and Harry were the greatest. So much of my jewelry is from there. Harry always says he sees my mom when I come in. Sorry too read of Fred's passing. He gave a lot to area. Absolute worst place ever.. Rudest people ever talked to.. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever goes here for anything..

Whenever I went into Fred's shop , they always made me feel like family. Great employees, fabulous merchandise.

They sure know how to take advantage of people, they make a mistake that causes innocent people chaos!!! A $10.00 repair cost $1200.00 and are not be Bing over backwards to make it right!!! Nobody should shop here!!!
Maloof jewelry return policy sucks. My son bought me a charm which I already had. Saved his receipt to take back and their stupid policy is cannot return or exchange after 10 days. People do get busy plus work late and weekends. I call BS

I love this place. I have stopped by twice in the last month and both times they were friendly and efficient. I brought in a necklace that needed a new link and they repaired it for me with no problem.
