Back in the 1930s when economic times were tough, most kids were still scheming to cut class or line up a date for Friday night. Fred Maloof, in his mid-teens, was worried about hiring a reliable staff, doing the books and ordering enough ice cream. The last 2 times I have gone in there for a repair I have been disappointed! Today I was told my diamond had a chip and they would not replace a prong! Took the ring to another jeweler down the road and had no issues! I asked if the diamond was chipped and they said absolutely not! Not sure who that chick is with the crazy eyebrows but she is not friendly or helpful!
I went in to get a repair via a recommendation from my best friend. They gave me a complimentary cleaning on my wedding ring and an amazingly quick repair right on the spot. I am so thankful and will definitely be back for many more purchases. I highly recommend their care and customer service. Made my day, if not my month!
