I called for help when my air when out. No call and no show for 3 days. I called back and they finally sent someone out the next day. I needed a part they were supposed to order and then install. A full week later I had to call a different company that fixed my issue. I NEVER heard another word from Malone Heat & Air. Don't waste your time with these unprofessional people!!!!
