Came for brunch and the spread EXCEEDED our expectations. Such a different and fun vibe! We are from Florida and will recommend to anyone traveling to Des Moines. Absolutely incredible. Our waiter Chris was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Will return when visiting again. Malo Mac and Carnitas are BOMB.
AMAZING!!! The chips and salsa are worth it alone. I love the chipotle shrimp tacos, but I've never had a bad meal.

The Tots' chos tasted a little burnt. The portions are generous. The malo burger is a little greasy and messy. The paella was too wet and creamy. I was expected a lot more seafood but it's just shrimp.
