We’ve lived here for almost two years now, and have never had any issues!!!! We absolutely love it!!!!!!!!
I lived in Mallview Apartments for 2 years. Mallview is quiet, well-maintained, and modern. It has an underground parking, which is great for winters in Grand Forks. The management team, Chris, Sarah, Jake, and Kelly are friendly, helpful, and responsive to maintenance requests. Overall, I had a positive experience while i lived at Mallview.
Overall, it is a great place to live. I highly recommend it.
