I am a travel health care worker and stayed here for six months, had no problems. The buildings are secure, there are surveillance cameras that face each entrance. Front entrance and hallways were always clean, except for maybe during the autumn months when leaves were tracked in but that’s to be expected. Usually everything was tidy, even then. We’ve lived here for almost two years now, and have never had any issues!!!! We absolutely love it!!!!!!!!
I lived in Mallview Apartments for 2 years. Mallview is quiet, well-maintained, and modern. It has an underground parking, which is great for winters in Grand Forks. The management team, Chris, Sarah, Jake, and Kelly are friendly, helpful, and responsive to maintenance requests. Overall, I had a positive experience while i lived at Mallview.
