I've been struggling with heel pain for a while, and Dr. Claudia Mallette took the time to listen to my concerns and never made me feel rushed. The entire office staff was professional and welcoming. It's rare to find a specialist who is both highly skilled and genuinely kind. I would highly recommend!
The Doctor might be good, but his staff sucks! Told them that I drive a truck and couldn't make a regular appointment. Also told her that they were referred to me. None of this mattered, or the pain I was in. She had no empathy at all. Maybe he has AI doing his scheduling. I guess my biggest problem was that she didn't even fake caring or try to help.
I am very happy I found Dr. Brian Mallette. His bedside matter is top notch. He actually explains the problem treats it and tells you what to do at home. Thank Dr. Mallette for making my feet better.
Dr. Claudia Mallette is a skilled and knowledgeable physician. She is interested in her patients wellbeing and comfort, is kind , friendly and has a winning smile. Melissa is the first person you see. She is actually happy to see you. Kori is the nurse attendant and prepares you for your visit. She is patient and makes you comfortable. There is nothing quite as unpleasant as problems with your feet. These Ladies will do their best to make you better. I am a true satisfied customer!
Everyone is exceptional! From the front office staff to the doctors, the office is amazing. I have referred several persons, and they have been pleased.
