Best fries, mashed potatoes, and onion rings. Favorite meal: Brunch burger with french fries.
We went there this evening and were seated immediately. After 10 minutes, we left because we had not been waited on. I could see in the waiter's/beverage room, there were 3 waitresses talking with each other. What a shame, I really like their Hattie burger. I recently had knee surgery and made the effort to go there and dine out and you can't even be waited on.
The fish tacos were great and the staff was super nice. I went for lunch and it wasn't very busy so I got my food in a very timely manner. Definitely recommend:)
very disappointed in our dinner last night. Have been going to mallards since it opened but the last 2 times have not lived up to the other visits, but last night was terrible. the salad was mostly the cobb part of salad and then I ordered surf and turf the server didn't bring a steak knife and my husband had to hunt her down for one. the steak was cold by the time I received a knife and then the meat was flavorless and tuff.
