Cockroaches in unit upon receiving keys, landlord allowed male employees to come to my door with weapons, I'm a single mother with two kids I feared for the safety of my kids and me, landlord lies about everything and posted noise complaints on my door while I was out of town for 2 weeks. Landlord filed multiple false police reports and told me if she knew I had mental health problems she would not have rented to me.
Horrible place to live stay away, the manager is no help. If anything needs done in your apartment good luck cause it's going to be awhile. I was told that one of the apartments was being used as a meth lab a couple years back and they just rented it right back out. The place is already a mess outside, no one does their job. Oh and best one be careful of leaving your vehicle alone for to long, the towing company takes cars that are legally parked even though the manager is supposed to give the OK, well she might be in on it.... read more
Landlord doesn't understand English, ignores written maintenance requests, Cockroaches from the first night I moved in because they didn't want to hire a professional, grounds are disgusting garbage everywhere, pool was closed for chemicals every day until 5pm in summer, raised the rent twice in a year, claimed to only have received half my security deposit despite it all being in a sealed envelope placed in the lockbox, refuses to forward mail, claims no rent receipts is 'company policy', and has YET to return my deposit de... read more
Apartments are ridiculously small for the HIGH rent the grounds are littered with trash and staff are impossible to deal with.
Ghetttooooooooo. Tweakers everywhere. Trash cans are disgusting and overflow every other day.
