RecommendedI have lived here with my wife and son for a little over a year now. We absolutely love it here. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. My neighbors are great. We have made several friends since we moved in. The grounds are well kept and the apartments beautiful.
I truly enjoy living here at Mallard Creek! It's not your typical three story all buildings and concrete and cars type of living. It is very homey, condo Style, 2 story apartments amongst trees and flowers type of living. They have a very nice huge pet Park and the staff is amazing! I have never lived at nor have heard of a place where they treat you like they do at Mallard Creek. It's things that you don't really hear about but when certain issues arise they go above and beyond to take care of the residents.

My family absolutely loved Mallard Creek and were so sad to leave. The new front office staff is so sweet and helpful. We loved our view with our fenced in yard. Definitely would recommend this community
Not always crazy about certain neighbors but it's a safe place to live and the ladies in the office are amazing!
