Stayed there for almost two years. While the neighborhood & resident itself was a nice place to live, the landlord was horrible. She didn't even have the courtesy to give me my keys in person when I initially signed my lease. Lease agreement clearly states that all contact is to be in the written form; however, she won't respond to a letter in a timely manner, nor will she answer any emails.
