Terrible place to live. Maintenance people never show up to fix anything wrong unless you call multiple times, even had to call the emergency number once and no one called back (good thing it wasn't a gas leak or something) front desk main person is pretty rude. Not the best area to live either. Wouldn't suggest it, I can't wait to move out! Only two more months!
Mallard cove is/was a pleasant place to live the maintenance crew was on top of any issues even after hours when I had a problem. They treated for pests monthly and I never had to ask, it was automatic. However I did have very noisy neighbors which I know was not the fault of the staff. They were young kids who partied and often vomited in the breeze way, again this was not the fault of the staff. Over all a good experience.
I have been living here for 3 years and I have to say Mallard gets a bad rap for sure!! To say that its PERFECT would be a lie but its not as bad as people say! Ive read alot of shit on here talking about crime....CRIME is everywhere no where is perfect! but its not the hood. there is no shootings or drug dealing thats pretty insane! There was a shooting where people's cars got shot up and the people getting held up at gun point and it's just not safe their!
