RecommendedI read some negative reviews and decided to check it out for myself. My daughter was looking for a place to live near where she works. I think the places are great. The rental staff was very nice and helpful. The grounds are immaculate. She 2-bedroom apartment is nice and clean. It has new carpeting and new flooring in the kitchen. The neighbors are friendly. I think my daughter will love living there. I'd live there myself if the need arises. Kudos to the rental manager, Marcie.

I sent in the application got approved, move in date and address to apartment. Then we got denied a day or 2 before move in date, now with that being said we wanted our $1000 deposit back, it's been about a month and still haven't seen a check in the mail, so I called and they said they JUST sent it out, so annoyed I said okay and hung up, but my husband called back today and they only sent us $600, and the front office doesn't know where my other $400 is??? The property manager is absolutely horrible to deal with. She is extremely rude and belittling. Even reading her responses to some of the reviews on this page, you can hear her condescending tone. I understand policies and procedures, however speaking to people the way i have been in recent months, is uncalled for...especially when i havent prompted her to be that way with how i approach her...other than ask questions regarding breaking a lease.
