Deal on a 2014 Fusion Hybrid was closed & we were working out delivery of the vehicle from another dealer to MOGF. Too many details to go into here, but rather than risk a less than "completely satisfied" response on their customer service survey, they backed out of the deal. (I'd have been "satisfied" but not "completely satisfied.") Really, MOGF?
