I started Invisalign Braces with the Smile Direct Club and was advised Dr. Malkiel would be my Dentist throughout the duration, that he would do checkups and make sure all was going okay. My insurance company sent him my claim check after I paid in full. I called his office and was advised by the receptionist they did not have me listed as a patient and could not reimburse me due to me not being a patient of theirs. Horrible customer service provided the front lady. Rude. Dr malkiel attempts root canals that he cannot do. Do not recommend him ! He will attempt to do treatments he cannot do and will not refund the money back.

the dentist screwed up on my treatment, I am still in a great pain since his last root canal which was months ago! I do not recommend him to anyone!!
Dr. Malkiel and his staff are wonderful, They are very good with children, We have 9 children and they are prompt and so nice to everyone , you feel like you are at home and at ease. They go out of their way to see how everyone is doing and what is going on with them. Great Dentist.
Dr. Malkiel is the perfect dentist for me and my large family! He is gentle with children and their fillings don't fall out, as it was with our last dentist. We enjoy everyone at his office and recommend him to all we know! My son had 17 fillings at his office and it worked out really great for him, though it was a bit painful. The cost is pretty high, but we handle it well.
This office is very nice, but they charge way too much and require everyone to have an expensive consultation before anything else. I took my 7-year-old daughter for a cleaning and ended up paying $250 becuase they charged me a consultation fee. They didn't tell me about the fee beforehand or I would have gone somewhere else. The facility is quite run down as well. We are looking for another dentist.
I find Dr Malkiel to be a very good dentist. I've been going to him for many years and he is been wonderful to my children, now in their 20's and 30's. When my daughter M. was a freshmen in High School, she had a tooth knocked out by the elbow of a team player of her basketball team. One phone call to Dr Malkiel and he saw us in his office in 15 minutes. He then, repaired the damage, comforted my daughter, and made her feel like she was herself again. Absolutely wonderful!!! Myself & my 2 children are patients. He has done all of my daughter's dental work & my son began seeing him @ the age of 3-He loves the Dentist!!!!! Dr. Malkiel helped me when I had a bad filling done. I was not able to chew on one side of my mouth for over 2 years, but after seeing Dr. Malkiel, I'm pain free!!! Thank you so much for the care & time you spend w/ your patients.
