Doctor Shah took so much time with me to make sure I'm okay. I'm so thankful to be in an urgent care facility with this doctor, she is full of heart and care for the patients. I'm so lucky to be treated with this amazing doctor, thank you Kaiser for having Doctor Shah.
I’ve seen, and even worked side by side with, many doctors in my 57 years and she is among the worst. She doesn’t listen too long to her patients and goes quickly to what her diagnosis will be for you. I took my son and she strongly suggested that the issue stemmed from eating “hot Cheetos” - we visited for heart palpitations. My son has not eaten hot Cheetos in months! She has poor bed side manners and not a good fit for Kaiser, which I am happy with - but I will NOT see her again.
Dr Malini is an amazing person, full of compassion. She is not the typical doctor that will dive you medicine for everything. I came in crying like a baby with severe back spasms, couldn't breath and was in excruciating pain. She stayed very calm, she reassured me that she will help me she did. I went home feeling much better and without a prescription and I'm grateful for that.
I rarely go to the doctor. I went yesterday after missing a day and a half from work. I had miserable sinus headaches and congestion, a sire throat and cough. She told me to take 4 hot showers per day and gave a demonstration on how to spit out loogies in the shower. And sent me home. Upon getting home, I logged into my portal.
