They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
