Very disappointing experience with this office. I was referred to this office by a friend and, before making my appointment, I specifically confirmed with the office that they accepted my UnitedHealthcare Oxford insurance. I was told they did, so I scheduled my appointment and went in expecting everything to be covered according to my plan. Bad office! Based on a referral from a friend of ours, Both my wife Sandy and I went to this office on separate days in 2024. Sandy confirmed with them that they accept our insurance before booking the appointments. When I went, I provided them with my insurance card and paid a copay. Shortly after our visits, they contacted my wife for payment for the visit. When she asked why, they said they do not take our plan of united healthcare oxford.
