Horrible communication. Very disappointing.
Gives you full attention and listens. His PA is also excellent. Love this office.
I used to love going to this office as Dr. Malek is a wonderful doctor. Over the past few years, it’s become very difficult to communicate with this office. Not sure what’s changed but I called due to a medical concern and wanted to make Dr. Malek aware. I was turned away to another specialty, and I could not even get a recommendation for who to see. It’s horrible to be going through a medical issue and not getting help or guidance. Based off my experience, Dr. Malek should get 10*s. Some of the front desk staff….not so much... read more
