I had an initial appointment for Wednesday, which they had me confirm over text and phone call 4 times. With less than 15 hours to my appointment, they called and told me they had double-booked me and wouldn't be able to do the procedure I had the appointment for, prompting me to reschedule for Monday at 11 a.m. On Monday, I showed up 5 minutes early and checked in, then had to wait another 27 minutes before they could see me.
