One thing I hate is bad customer service. When I booked the apt, told them the issues I was having. Asked them was I going to be seen for both the issue and the cleaning at the visit. Was told yes. Due to my dental benefit exhausting, I asked them how much the services would be for what I was having done, the cleaning and the issue. She told me she would call back. I really don't understand why they make appointments if they don't follow it. I had an appointment at 3 pm, and I waited for more than 1 hour. I feel so disrespected. Everybody here needs to manage time. I will never again return to this place.
Excellent care & very accommodating if you're disabled or if you're just nervous about going to the dentist
