My wife explained the whole situation. Beware. This guy needs to destroy his ego so he can work with kids better. Empathy should be combined with dentistry.
If your children are afraid of the dentist, don't take them to Malcolm. My husband took my daughter and she was crying and in tears. After the work was done, the dentist told my husband that he had to get my daughter under control. He lacked empathy towards the situation and just wanted to argue with my husband. My husband told him what he thought of him and that he would let other parents know. He yelled "Pay your bill" across the office as my husband was taking our crying daughter out. Brought my daughter in for her first ever dental exam. The staff was great as was the dentist. They explained everything to her and showed her what everything did. She sat still for the entire exam. I was so nervous about that, but they made it all happen the way it needed to. Quick and painless for everyone �
