The entire staff at Malcolm Dentistry is phenomenal! From the girls on the phone, to the hygienists, and of course Dr. Malcolm. They make you and your child(ren) feel at ease from the moment you walk in the door. And they have the visit down to a science! All of the extra details really make their office outstanding.
Wow! I was very impressed with Dr. Malcolm and his staff at my daughter's first visit. My little girl has special needs and is NOT an easy patient. However the staff stayed positive and friendly the entire time and made the whole visit go as quickly as possible. Thank you :)
I'm so happy we found Dr. Malcolm's office. The staff was kind and professional and Dr. Malcolm was very informative. My daughter loved it and she had to have a tooth pulled!
We can not possibly thank Dr. Malcolm and his staff enough. For reasons unknown, our daughter is absolutely petrified of the dentist. This fear has resulted in dental appointments being very emotional, stressful and draining. We were getting concerned that she was 6 years old and really hadn't had a proper cleaning yet, let alone a decent or complete set of pictures/xrays done. Dr. Malcolm's staff accomplished everything! My daughter even asked if she could go back in to hug her hygienist. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
