My kids have been going to him for years, but over the past 5 years it seems Dr Malcolm himself has lost his bedside manner all the way! He doesn’t greet the parents anymore, is just plain rude with how he speaks to the kids and instead of educating them on hygeine he would rather tease and do a mild form of bullying on my son. BEWARE left there 2 years ago frustrated with the lack of communication and service, he did a root canal on my child’s tooth without telling me. Low and behold, two years later, the root canal was done poorly, not filled all of the way and now It is being redone :/ See pic below where root canal is not filled all of the way :/ I DO NOT RECOMMEND
RecommendedMy 6 year old non-verbal 90 lb. autistic son came in for his first dental visit (ever)today with my husband. From beginning to end was such an amazing experience. Thank you so much for a safe place to take our son. 5 stars all the way from the reception, the dental hygienist and her two helpers that we needed to help with my son, and Dr. Malcolm. ❤️
We had our first visit with Dr. Malcolm and I left there crying- happy tears! We had a terrible experience with another dentist and we are thrilled to find this office. My son needed some work done and Dr.Malcolm took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel so comfortable with our treatment plan. 5 stars for the staff as well, they were all so sweet! 👏🏼👏🏼
My 3 year old son got a front tooth extracted today with Dr. Malcomb. His entire staff was so patient and gentle with him. Dr Malcomb talked to him in a soothing voice and helped him through the entire process. The assistants were so wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Office is great from beginning to end. My daughter has always been well behaved, but we see kids who are terrified of the dentist office and scream - all the staff have shown great patience and have been very accommodating to the screaming kids so I was surprised to see the other review on this page. We have been very pleased with Dr Malcolm, the hygienists and the office staff.
Malcolm is a good dentist if your children are completely well behaved 100% of the time. My five year old had been going there since 15 months and never had misbehaved. Our last visit there he was very tired and not holding still. He was yelled at by Dr Malcolm and they threatened him to take him away from me. If that wasn't bad enough Dr Malcolm asked me if he always acted like that and if he has behavior issues that I needed to have addressed before he went to school.
