I found Corey on-line and I must admit that at first, I was apprehensive about using his services for listing my high- end Georgetown condo. However, after speaking to him on the phone and later meeting with him in person, all my doubts were quickly erased. He had done extensive research on past sales and arrived at the right price. I couldn't have asked for a better Agent to help me purchase my first home. Corey's expertise, experience, personality, and patience-allowed for a seamless transition from renting to owning. I must say Makres Realty has left a lasting first impression. I requested Corey's expertise on the matter of purchasing my first home. With his assistance I was able to negotiate $10k off of listed price. I do intend to utilize Makres in future real estate deals and would advise everyone to speak with Corey.

I have had the pleasure of working with Corey on two occasions. My first experience was great which lead me to contact him a second time for help in finding another condo.
