Been going here for years and it has been without fail a great dinner experience every time.
Drove 2 hours for a friend’s birthday dinner. Wait staff seating us was less to be desired. We made reservations for 14 2 weeks prior and they were clearly not set up for this. The poor old chef could not handle this party and was not entertaining. Got my fried sushi after my meal cold. Over priced for horrible bland food with not welcoming service. Our waiters were ok. Cant knock them.

Always love coming to Makotos. Great atmosphere, food, and service. Never a dull moment.
Went here last week on a first date abs it was so much fun. They make the food right at your table and it was yummy. I had to take half home since they give you large portions.
I have encountered the rudest and the most discourteous servers in this locality here! They could use retraining on professional etiquette!!!
