This is my favorite restaurant in the whole world! We were in Boone for 12 days and went to Makoto's 3 times. My kids love it too! I've never had a bad meal there.
I've been here before. The food is pretty good but the service is awful. The hostess wouldn't seat us because we had a party of six and they wouldn't move two empty tables together. The parking lot was practically empty so they just lost over $100 and we will probably never return.
The food was amazing and the experience was fun.
The sushi here is always amazing! Service is always great and it's always a true treat to eat here!
