On 11/16/2025, I discovered five separate charges of $62 — totaling $310 — withdrawn from my checking account without my authorization. These charges were for invoices from last year, despite the fact that I have not had a visit with this practice in months, and those invoices had already been paid. Appointment was confirmed through email 3 different times. Insurance info was given in painful detail. Messages were sent via text message during working hours and considered scam, and honestly reading the messages they seem like a scam. Appointment was booked through ZocDoc but apparently not manually through their system, even though the appointment was confirmed 3 separate times and video link had been shared for over 4 days.
