Two stars because the office staff is FANTASTIC. They are friendly, professional, super helpful and a joy to interact with. However, the patient/doctor experience with Dr. Makim leaves something to be desired. You are shuttled in like cattle. He sits in the corner and barely makes eye contact as he faces his computer to ask questions while you answer. Dr. Makim is by far the best psychiatrist I have ever had the pleasure of being seen by. He listens to you and he cares. You can tell he wants the best for his patients. My wife and I both see him and really enjoy our visits. Absolute best doctor I have the pleasure of seeing.
