RecommendedMaki is one of the best heat and air company’s i have found in Auburn. Their service is above reproach. Brent came out and serviced our really old unit. He is very professional, detailed and friendly. I would say he did an in-Maki-ulet job. i would highly recommend to have him come out to service your AC unit.
Brent from Maki serviced my A/C Unit yesterday and I couldn’t be more pleased with Brent’s performance. Brent was cordial, very professional and on time. Will have him back in September to service my heating system.
Brent came to my house yesterday for a basic check-up on my air conditioning unit. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered the dozen questions I had about maximizing my air conditioner. He didn’t try to sell me on extra services or units. Very happy with my experience with Maki and Brent and will recommend them to anyone who needs heating and AC services.
Starting from finish to end I had a wonderful experience with Maki. From the first call from Brandie setting up my appointment, she was friendly professional and willing to work around my work schedule. Brandie got me a appointment for the follow day. Keith and David were both friendly and hardworking. David finished the job hours ahead of Schedule. I would recommend this company to anyone. 5 stars ⭐️So glad Maki does Electrical work as Well.

Thanks for acknowleging that we have lives too, reminders & updates on timing was admirable! You should teach a class to several other "servive" business. Brent was very helpful & considerate.
We could not be happier with our experience! Maki installed a new furnace and air conditioner with such ease and professionalism. The crew was polite, safe and tidy. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and knowledgeable.
We had a new system and ducting put in today and we could not be happier! The crew that came was amazing. They did a great job and cleaned up everything really well after removing our old equipment. The install crew was very considerate of my toddler napping, which we really appreciated. The whole team at Maki was a pleasure to work with. We would absolutely recommend Maki to anyone looking to replace or service their HVAC unit.
