I had an appointment with this shop on 8-4-2020 for a 3.5 inch lift install on a Jeep Wrangler. The man that took my call was great. Very friendly and answered all my questions. But this is where it gets rough. Drop the Jeep off on a Monday night, install happened on Tuesday. Pick the Jeep up Wednesday and driving it home it starts to sway uncontrollably. Bought tires March 2018 and they are dry rotted with no help from the company. Will not return. Do not suggest.

Had an issue after having my vehicle worked on. After voicing my concern, customer service addressed the issue and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to remedy the situation and make sure my vehicle was fixed and safe! THANK YOU!

Mechanic Daniel charged me for 7 quarts of oil , my car only holds 5 quarts with the filter. Be careful people check your paperwork . Make sure they didnt over charge !! Just think about if they did this to several customers everyday they would be making a killing off just oil alone .Major Brands is a rip off !
Simply put -- I won't let anyone else touch my truck. They've always done right by me, and never hesitated to work with me to make things right. Top notch mechanics, helpful staff, excellent service. 'Nuff said.
Traveling this week and had some brake problems. Pulled into Major Brands and was greeted with kindness, and a promise to get us back on the way soon. They did just that!!! So thankful that you guys were there!
They are always overbooked they told me a few hours then didn't get my car in until the end of the day i dropped it off about 9 am .....Still didn't finish everything that they was supposed to do. Told me to come in for my tires then when I say I'm on my way I find out they sent them back so just been wasting my time...... be careful if you go here and be sure u get what you pay for.
