Had a gel manicure and pedicure booked a few weeks ago. Despite having the name 'Majesty's Pleasure' it didn't really feel like I was being treated like a valuable client. I felt rushed even though I was there early and I'm someone who doesn't get their nails done often. I’ve been to the King Street (Toronto) location a few times, and always had a great experience. Recently though, I visited the Yorkdale location for the first time to get an advanced design manicure and had SUCH a blast. The front desk staff were so friendly, and my nail artist (Huma) was amazing! I LOVED my nails and loved how flexible & accommodating Huma was with me - adjusting as needed, and moving quickly and efficiently. No magnetic, got chrome for additional money and after a few days it’s peeling off. For 180CAD I expect a lot more. The seats are uncomfortable. But I can forgive it all if the manicure was worth it. It is not. Would never go again.

Fun spot and they do an amazing job. My shellac mani lasted literally 4 weeks, it never chipped, just grew out. Two of my nails actually ended up bleeding around the cuticle area so they comped my whole service which I really appreciated. I will definitely be back!!!
