One great purchase I bought an 18 foot round pool by Asahi from Majestic. The installers raved about the high qulity of the pool. For the price the pool has been the best purchase this summer. I only wish the installer (not majestic) would have installed shut-off valves to clean the cartridge at the time of the initial install.
Knowledgable Had acid problem with my inground. Steven at the store help me remedy the problem and balance the chems in the pool so it could get closed. Knew what they were talking about.

A+ I have been a customer of majestic pool for a long time now, I dont even bother going anywhere else, becuz you wont find lower prices. The staff were very friendly, and extremely knowledgable.
Pool Problems Our pool was installed by Majestic in Fall 2008. The following summer we had a leak with continual water loss. Several visits by the company crew were unsuccessful in finding the source including their draining the pool and examining the liner. Finally another crew located the leak in the underwater light housing. This cost us much $$$ in chemicals and our water bill. Our liner has detached from its top crevice in several places and our gas heater is rusting.
Unsatisfactory customer service Our experience with Majestic has been absolutely horrible, Sales staff promised us the world and then when they installed our in ground pool the charged us twice the original quote, not to mention being installed 3 weeks late, The owner is arrogant and did not make the situation any better. I would highly recommend anywhere then Majestic Pools. We would have been better off buying a kiddie pool at walmart ..Stay AWAY!!!
My Oasis The staff at Majestic Pools and Spas has been very helpful right from the sale of our spa to the "recipe" for maintenance chemicals to their suggestions for spa fragrances! They have made an enjoyable pastime even more enjoyable. Their store is easy to navigate and they are always there to help with the most affordable way to maintain our spa.
Good Bye Pool Hello Spa !!!!!!!!!!!! Majestic Pools have been my go to supplier for pool supplies when I had my above ground pool. When the pool was removed, I purchased my Spa from them because of their professional staff and service. The delivery and installation was great. Enjoying the spa daily and will definitely be getting my supplies there as well.
