Majestic!! My wife and I recently purchased a spa from Majestic. Through out the experience we have been impressed and pleased with the process. Pricing was more than competitive with other local stores of similar items. Salesman was first rate. Delivery and set up was made easy by quite friendly, knowledgeable personnel. It has truly been a great experience.
excellent service!!!!! The very first time I went into Majestic Pools was 3 years ago and I feel like its my second home. The staff is great, very friendly and knowledgeable. I get great service and advise for my pool problems especially from Marlene S. and Brianna P. I do not go to any other pool stores except Majestic.
RUN, don't walk away! ZERO stars would be the most appropriate rating here. They will NOT stand by their product, which in our experience has been bad from the installation. Rick Struck, the manager, was the most arrogant, rude, condensing person I have ever spoken to in a business scenario. He informed me that customers have "been lying to him for years" and then proceeded to assume that I was not being truthful about the issues we have been experiencing. Great Staff thank you! I have been going to Majestic on Transit over the last few years. The staff is wonderful. they are very knowledgeable and courteous. Each season they help me get my pool up and running for an enjoyable season. I have dealt with the staff for both maintenance and parts and both areas have great staff. thank you for all your help in assisting with the maintenance of my pool over the last 20 years!

I spent about 2 months researching, questioning and visiting ALL the local pool companies before deciding on Majestic. Great pool experience We bought our pool last year and have had nothing but great service from Majestic. From the sales associates to the parts department; everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Great purchase We purchased a new hot tub through Majestic. The sales staff was great. They explained all the options available, offered suggestions while staying within our budget. And, they were not pushy. I would recommend them hands down.
