First Time Spa My wife and I recently purchased our first spa from Majestic Pools. We were very satisfied with our salesman, he was very patient with us and all our questions. The delivery and install went very smoothly and we have been enjoying it ever since. I would tell any one looking for a spa to go to majestic they have very good prices and very knowledgable staff.

mrs i have been a customer of majestic pools for about 3 years. Every time i visit the store, i always leave satisfied. Each employee is more than helpful and very knowledgeable. I also find there prices on chemicals to be cheaper than other pool stores in my neighborhood. My sister bought a pool this summer and I highly recommended majestic to her and know that she has been in several times.
LOVE LOVE LOVE OUR HOT TUB! We cannot thank Majestic Pools & Spas enough for wonderful service. We purchased a hot tub in May and we absolutely LOVE it! Boris was the employee who helped us and he was very professional and knowledgeable. We will be sure to recommend Majestic to friends and family! If we ever think about another purchase Majestic will be our first stop!

Solid Sales and Service We purchased our tub in October 2011, and could not be happier. The only service we have had has been for some minor lighting issues. The original sale and installation went quite smoothly. We have been able to enjoy some special times with family and friends thanks to Majestic.
Forwarned is forarmed Buyer beware! Our experience was worse than terrible. Trust me I have never had to do a negative review before and would never let anyone I care about deal with this company. Check Majestic Pools' rating with the Better Business Bureau...F Enough said!!
RUN, don't walk away! ZERO stars would be the most appropriate rating here. They will NOT stand by their product, which in our experience has been bad from the installation. Rick Struck, the manager, was the most arrogant, rude, condensing person I have ever spoken to in a business scenario. He informed me that customers have "been lying to him for years" and then proceeded to assume that I was not being truthful about the issues we have been experiencing.
