First, I called the office phone number and it went straight to voicemail during business hours. I left a message in their chat and was instructed to call the cell. I had one document that needed to be notarized and they only needed to stamp it once. She told me the standard rate is $199. At least UPS only charges $10 per stamp. She sounded like she was still in the bed.
SCAM! Beware! We had used their services before with no problem so when I needed another apostille, we went back. I did not pay the rush fee this time and was told it would take about a month. It has been over three months and I have no update. I was charged $500 without receipt and now all company numbers are disconnected or unresponsive and she doesn’t respond to text messages anymore either. Awesome experience. My husband and I got married on a holiday weekend and so many notaries in the city were closed and I had neglected to make a back up plan. Rebekah drove to meet us at our photoshoot and was able to notarize our marriage certificate so that our marriage date was the one we wanted. Rebekah was kind, professional, and efficient. 100% recommend her.
