Nelson the afternoon staff is a great person deserves higher pay because he is very informative with the hotel & area but the rooms have no refrigerator & microwave. The free breakfast is not even worth it imo. One of the server's in the hotel starts talking about tipping would be appreciated I used to work in hospitality and you ever mention the word tip to a customer you lost them as a customer. If you happen to find another hotel get another instead. One of the guest service employee is very rude on the phone

Had a really good stay here. Not the Ritz, but it had everything I needed. Perfect location near the beach and restaurants. I booked an ocean view room, and the view was perfect — such a highlight! Front desk was awesome — AL gave great dining tips, and the young lady from Russia helped me print a few meeting documents even though there’s no business center. Room was clean and comfortable, bed a bit firm for my taste. Weekdays were quiet, but weekends get lively. Would stay again!

If I could give a ZERO I would. Beds are like sleeping on a brick, Booked on Hotels.com and paid in full then got there and they told me it would be an additional $10 per person. The lady at the front desk was rude. Oh and let’s add the parking situation. There was NO parking. Only ally way parking. It was an additional amount per hour to park. We got zero sleep, and had are vehicle almost broken into by more then one person. Do not recommend!! If I could get my money back I would!! This is a WARNING DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!
