Dr Al-Mateen is a caring, knowledgeable and patient neurologist who has provided excellent care. He has worked with our family for almost 2 years. We also receive call-backs from nurses who truly care for our concerns.
Most of my negative review is of the staff. Not much to say about the dr. Because i only saw him once. He was polite and answered my questions and got us set up foran EEG. That went well but after that things fell apart. The answering system is very confusing and never directs me to the proper place. Then i have to wait 24-48hours for a return call. The nurses are horrible at communication which resulted in my daughter to have to do extra blood draws and has delayed her treatment. Once i had eno
