Absolutely worst experience I have ever had in a life-time of using U-Haul. First, the truck was filthy. Like, encrusted plant matter all over and in it. The person going over the check with me and having me sign that I agreed to the mileage and how much gas was in it not only skipped over asking if I agreed that it was clean, but actually put a mark where MY initials were supposed to be if I agreed that it was clean. I went to this location based on the information on this web site. IT IS NO LONGER THERE!!!!!! The building is empty. U-Haul--If you close a location take it OFF your website. I also went to two other locations that were supposed to be near me and THEY WERE GONE AS WELL!! (3452 N. Elson & 5544 Western). This was a totally wasted morning while I could have been packing boxes which is what I needed to get from U-Haul in the first place.

She added extra mileage on my receipt and tried to get me on gas too. Don't sign till you see the gas and mileage on the agreement and ensure its the same what it says on truck. Also took photo and video of the gas and mileage before and after you used it like I did. She will force you get insurance and try to tell you that she cant remove it. Once I told her that Im not getting truck she found a way to get the insurance out. Very rude after I return it.

I'm proud to be the first to review Majd Moving on Google. I will start by saying that I have moved around the country at least 16 times in the last 20 years.
