Went the other day to look at the patrol warriors and I probably won’t buy from there any time soon. Firstly, it took a while for someone to assist us. When the young bloke came to help in his silly little cowboy hat, he was more interested in asking my wife how her Easter was and what she done, every question I asked him, he answered it to her. It was an absolute pleasure to purchase from this dealership. Our salesman Nick was fantastic helping us through all the challenges of buying from interstate. 10 out of 10 experience for us.
So Nissan Maitland fitted the wrong dashcam before I picked my new car up. Sales department were good explained why it was fitted. The issue I’ve had is the dashcam fell off the window and the cables came down from the hood lining. Also the hood lining has been damaged on install The service department have been terrible. I’ve been waiting several weeks for an answer on how they will fix the hood lining. The service manager and his boss have not returned my calls Not sure where to go from here.
