Purchased my Nissan Navara approx 4 years ago, the purchase experience was excellent and up to now the service was also excellent, but now I need a spare part no one wants to know, not management, sales or Nissan. Brought a new car 6 months ago. And have had it serviced twice. 2 weeks after its second service, the air con died, but now I cant even get a courtesy car for an issue that wasn't my fault. Now I need to spend my own money on transport to get an uber with 4 kids.
I received my car which I love in 2 weeks time. Thank you guys - Reilly Deaves and Nikhil, they are very friendly and professional.
Salesman Reilly lied about the car having log books (didn’t take responsibility or respond to this after we paid) and had to take the car back twice within the first month with mechanical issues. Also witnessed a mechanic reversing one customer car into another when dropping it off…
Reilly was a lovely young man that was knowledgeable about everything in the car we purchased, even though he talked us into buying a more expensive car than we had originally planned he wasn’t pushy at all but impressed us with all the safety features so we couldn’t say no.
