Disgusting service...after waiting 30 mins young lad on phone on a personal call after a personal medical certificate and then went and served someone who just walked in shame on you missed out on a cash buyer
Wouldn’t recommend the car yard or service centre. My sister recently bought a Toyota Corolla from here and has had nothing but problems ever since + they lied about having full log books and service history. They did nothing to rectify the situation about the log books and didn’t even apologise when this was a big part of the reason they wouldn’t negotiate on price. Highly recommend the staff at Kia Maitland. Service was above and beyond.
Would not recommend Maitland KIA for servicing or purchasing a vehicle. My experience with them has been disappointing, and I would suggest looking elsewhere if you're considering servicing or buying.
