Absolutely horrible, was told I could get the finance and have my car in 2 weeks- only to be rang a couple days later and told that I can’t have the finance or the car anymore. They came out and shook my hand and said congratulations! Why would you get an 18 year old excited to buy a car and than tell her she can’t have it. So upset
Zero parts support. Maitland Kia don’t carry any spares and farm it out to Bradstreet Parts. Want spares? You have to call Bradstreet and arrange it yourself. The parts can be delivered to Maitland Kia but the Service Department won’t call you when they arrive. Not their job apparently. Is that service?
