Tell your technicians to stop using Adams Street like a drag strip for customers cars before I start uploading videos of the way you allow cars in your possession to be treated. Kids play on these streets, it’s a 50km zone FYI.
Is it a standard practice to hang up on a customer. I spent allot of money on a new Kia its broken under warrenty. There is no rush to fix it. We are unable to all leave the house at once i can't work call Kia service centre for a solution. Only to be hung up on. Should've bought another Mazda my CX9 was so much more reliable.
Great service for my 95 yr old FIL.
