RecommendedThis community is beautiful and I love having all the great businesses located right downstairs. Its urban living without the hassle of downtown Orlando. Plus, the staff is amazing. They are very knowledgeable and always warm and friendly when I need assistance.

I recommend everything about this place. Todd, Jennifer, & Derek are lovely representatives of an entrance to a wonderful life. What follows does not disappoint: the inviting club room/lounge, the wide beautiful hallways, the impeccable apartments, the valet rubbish (they recycle!), Jose the highly responsive and friendly head of maintenance. I’ve lived in a lot of luxury apartments in several cities...including Aspire downtown. MCC has exceeded my expectations and it’s not even completely finished yet!!! The team onsite is wonderful...my home is gorgeous...and I’m close to all that is amazing about Winter Park and Maitland. Come be my neighbor....you’ll LOVE it here!!
We have now been at Maitland City Centre for about a month and are so happy with our decision to live here. The building, unit, amenities, and location are perfect. It’s also exciting to get to live somewhere brand new and witness the finishing touches going into place.
Jennifer and Todd are the best and are incredibly helpful when it comes to any questions! The apartments are beautiful and the location is amazing. I can't wait for the retail stores to be done!
