Very nice , great amenity's , very homey.
Everything! I was one of the first to rent and have enjoyed living here. I currently live in one of the work-live units where I have a business office side and a beautiful apartment. With now having five different type restaurants and Starbucks below I have the convenience of lunch, dinner or a beverage an elevator ride away. Publix and Walgreens pharmacy and other fast food are literally steps away.
Maitland City Centre is the place to be! Gorgeous property and apartments. Todd, Jennifer & Derek are truly the most caring staff I have ever encountered.
Living here is the best! Perfect service, amenities and events. Jennifer, Todd and Derek are by far the best team that I have worked with, they are professional and quick to answer any questions. I absolutely love this community, my apartment and the team!
I have lived here for about 5 months now and I absolutely love it. The rooftop pool is gorgeous, the staff is always super responsive and I've had so much fun at all of the resident events and getting to meet my neighbors. My apartment is so beautiful my friends are actually jealous. Can't recommend Maitland City Centre enough.

I had such a great time staying here. Beautiful apartment. Wonderful location with yummy places within walking distance and only 15 miles from the theme parks. The staff is also fabulous and so friendly. Highly recommend this place.
