I hope people are not fooled by how much this place is talked up on here. I do want to say this before I list my experiences: MJ in the office was the sweetest thing, but I would not recommend this place. Real deal. I lived here for a few months and everything was fine. Then our plumbing started acting up in the bathroom. Water leaked everywhere in the bathroom. They came out and fixed it. Then a week later it happened again. great place warm inside close 2 beach
Slum lord management wanted me and my family to stay in an apartment with black mold in the ceiling and no working AC. My children are 5months and 3yrs old
I lived here for three years. I felt extremely safe living here. I never had any problems. If I ever move back to the coast I will definitely move here again.
Can't wait till mii 6 mos roll around and we rolling out!!!!!!
Maintenance sucks. Management is not on the property on Sunday's, so there's never anybody here to take care of noise complaints.
